According to the ordinance, if a candidate commits fraud himself or helps someone else to commit fraud, he will be imprisoned for 3 years and fined 5 lakh rupees. Additional 9 months in jail if fine is not paid. On the other hand, committing such a crime for the second time will result in 10 years in jail and a fine of 10 lakh chaka. If any person or the press leaks the exam question paper or if a gang is caught then he or the person involved in the gang can be jailed for 10 years or life imprisonment. In their case, the amount of fine can be 1 crore to 10 crore.
